The total price payable will be displayed before you complete your order.

After successful payment, access may be provided through:
A confirmation email
A download page
A Framer remix link
Your Polar customer portal

6. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you have:
A compatible Framer account
A supported web browser and device
A suitable internet connection
Any third-party accounts or subscriptions required to publish or operate the website
Purchase of GrowthPilot does not include a Framer subscription, domain name, website hosting, third-party software, paid fonts, external integrations, or other services unless expressly stated.
7. Licence Grant
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, NEON FOUNDRY LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use GrowthPilot for one website.
You may use that website for:
Your own personal or commercial project; or
One client project
You may customise the template’s text, colours, images, layouts, components, and branding for the licensed website.
The licence does not transfer ownership of GrowthPilot or its underlying design system, components, structure, or original materials.
8. Licence Restrictions
You must not:
Resell or redistribute the original template
Share, publish, or give away the Framer remix link
Upload the template to another marketplace, library, or template directory
Sublicense the template as a standalone product
Make the template available for others to copy or remix
Claim ownership of the original GrowthPilot template
Remove proprietary notices where they are intended to remain
Use GrowthPilot in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights
Repackage a modified version primarily for resale as another template
You may transfer the completed website to the single client for whom it was created. The client may use that finished website but may not redistribute or resell the underlying template.
A separate licence is required for each additional website or client project unless you purchase a licence that expressly permits multiple uses.
9. Demo Content and Third-Party Assets
Names, companies, testimonials, statistics, team members, logos, photographs, and other content shown in the demo may be fictional, illustrative, or supplied as placeholders.
You are responsible for replacing demo content before publishing your website and for ensuring that you have permission to use all:
Images and videos
Fonts
Logos and trademarks
Written content
Customer testimonials
Third-party integrations
External scripts and services
Third-party assets remain subject to their respective owners’ licence terms.
10. Intellectual Property
GrowthPilot, including its original layouts, components, visual design, branding, graphics, text, code, interactions, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to NEON FOUNDRY LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited licence granted in these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
Your own branding, content, images, and materials remain yours.
11. Updates
Where lifetime template updates are included, this means access to updates we choose to release for the purchased version of GrowthPilot while the product remains supported and available.
It does not guarantee:
A particular number or frequency of updates
Compatibility with every future Framer update
New products or separately released templates
Custom development or redesign work
We may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
12. Support
Standard support is available through:
Email: support@neonfoundry.net
Support page: https://neonfoundry.net/support
Support may cover:
Problems accessing the purchased template
Questions about included components
Reporting defects in the original template
Basic guidance about using the supplied files
Support does not include custom website development, content writing, third-party integration setup, extensive Framer training, or modifications made outside the original template unless separately agreed.
13. Consumer Cancellation Rights
GrowthPilot is digital content supplied electronically.
Where you are a UK consumer, you normally have a 14-day cancellation period for a distance contract. However, this right may end once digital delivery begins where you have:
Expressly requested immediate delivery; and
Acknowledged that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins.
You should be asked to provide this consent before receiving immediate access. Confirmation of the contract and your acknowledgement should also be supplied in a form you can retain, such as email.
Checkout acknowledgement:
I expressly request immediate access to the GrowthPilot digital template and acknowledge that I will lose my statutory 14-day right to cancel once digital delivery begins.
If the legally required consent and acknowledgement are not obtained, your statutory cancellation rights may continue to apply.
14. Refunds and Statutory Rights
Because GrowthPilot is supplied digitally and access is normally delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after digital delivery has begun and the required cancellation acknowledgement has been provided.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Where GrowthPilot is faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or cannot be supplied as promised, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under applicable consumer law. UK consumer rights for paid digital content cannot be excluded by a general “no refunds” clause.
To report a problem, email support@neonfoundry.net with:
Your order email address
Your order or checkout reference
A description of the issue
Relevant screenshots where appropriate
15. Acceptable Use
You must not use GrowthPilot or our website to:
Break any applicable law or regulation
Infringe another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights
Distribute malicious software or harmful code
Gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts
Misrepresent your relationship with NEON FOUNDRY LTD
Conduct fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity
Scrape, duplicate, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission
We may suspend support or revoke access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially breached.
16. Third-Party Services
GrowthPilot may use or link to third-party services such as Framer, Polar, analytics providers, form services, fonts, plugins, or external websites.
We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, pricing, or policies.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
17. Availability and Changes
We take reasonable steps to keep our website, download links, and support services available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Access may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security issues, hosting failures, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may update GrowthPilot where reasonably required to improve performance, correct defects, maintain compatibility, or protect security.
18. No Guarantee of Business Results
GrowthPilot is a website template and does not guarantee:
Increased revenue
Leads or customers
Search-engine rankings
Conversion rates
Business growth
Regulatory compliance
Acceptance by Framer or another marketplace
Examples, statistics, dashboards, testimonials, and projections used in the demo are illustrative unless expressly identified as verified results.
You remain responsible for your business decisions, website content, marketing activities, and legal compliance.
19. Our Responsibility to Consumers
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded
Any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law
For consumers, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
20. Business Customer Liability
If you purchase GrowthPilot wholly or mainly for business purposes, then, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data
Our total aggregate liability relating to the purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant licence
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
21. Indemnity for Business Use
If you use GrowthPilot for a business or client project, you agree to be responsible for claims, costs, or losses resulting from:
Content you add to the website
Your infringement of third-party rights
Your unlawful or misleading use of the template
Your breach of the licence restrictions
This provision applies only to the extent permitted by law.
22. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your licence where you materially breach these Terms, including by redistributing, reselling, sharing, or sublicensing the template without permission.
Where a breach can reasonably be corrected, we may give you an opportunity to correct it.
Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the template and delete unauthorised copies. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
23. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Neon Foundry Privacy Policy:
Polar and other payment or service providers may process personal information under their own privacy policies.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the product, our business, the law, or third-party services.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will not unfairly remove rights relating to purchases already completed. Where a material change affects an existing customer, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice where appropriate.
25. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
26. No Waiver
If we delay or fail to enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we have waived that right.
27. Transfer
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms except where expressly permitted for a completed single-client website.
We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation, provided this does not reduce your statutory rights.
28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.
If you are a business customer, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
